Framed images and prints: if a shipment is lost or damaged, it will be repaired or replaced based on the information provided. In such cases, please contact us immediately by email: risto.raunio@raunio.fi

The works are handmade to order and cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

You cannot unsubscribe from messages concerning purchases or transactions.

We share information with Squarespace, a website platform that provides e-commerce technology, so that they can send you confirmation and update emails on our behalf.

When you order something on this website, we collect personal data from you in order to continue your order. This includes:

• Information about your purchases (for example, print size)

• E-mail address

• Name

• Phone number

The checkout can automatically complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
